Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For larger furniture items requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-3 weeks for scheduling and transit.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do you offer fabric swatches or material samples?
Yes, we want you to feel confident in your choice. You can order up to five fabric or wood finish swatches for free through our 'Request a Swatch' page.
Is assembly required for your furniture pieces?
Many of our larger pieces arrive fully assembled. For items requiring assembly, we provide detailed digital instructions and all necessary hardware in the box.
How can I track my order?
