At John Mark's, we want you to love your home decor; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
